I got into Muay Thai. It's great! It's a challenge and a great workout. I feel my stamina and energy have come back big time. Cause at first, I slept and ate A LOT. But now, I'm startin to have that strong feeling again.
Plus it helps if I feel any shame, or regret (cause when those feelings arise I get a lil angry at myself when I compare what I know and understand now vs then) that I can direct it to the punching bag lol.
