It's not simply an "I" thing Tommy, but a vocal minority who have decided to push this ideology ahead even though it was brought before the World Service Conference not once, but twice, and failed miserably both times.
The fellowship decided it didn't want it, yet people continue to dictate it as if it were approved, fellowship opinion.
