but its still a good thing and a good day to be sober. I need to let go of the self-centered negativity of thoughts like "You've been here before...so what?" and just accept the help and grace of both God and others in recovery. I know for sure my wife and 4 kids are happier and safer...I know my community and employer are too. All the down playing and comparing out and low self-esteem and all that anxiety stuff is just an elaborate relapse plan..a depressing road back to the pain and s***...for everyone in my life, not just me. So today I am trying to sit quietly and gratefully....humble in the knowledge that many people- people who've gone as far down as I have...don't get YET another 30 days.....Thanks...Rob
