Well, withdrawal is never painless.

It is traumatic for the body and mind, but you probably know that already. Are you angry at the docs because they told you it would be painless and easy?

It's not. But you know that, right? Or, are you angry because you didn't like them telling you it would be painless and easy?

If you are upset because they told you it would be painless and easy and it wasn't, then, I'm going out on a limb here, but, that is a petty issue.

I'm not the best person to give you advice because I'm an alcoholic and the language of pills and dosages is foreign to me. But I have been on the gurney in the ER floating in lala-alcohol-withdrawal land with with my heart pumping to the moon more times than I care to remember. So I know about withdrawal. My fault is that I just did it without talking to my docs.

If the outpatient withdrawal is not working for you, can you arrange inpatient?
Try to take a deep breath, slow down and take it easy. Try to define for yourself exactly what you need. If you don't know what you want from our outpatient rehab center, they can't help you....
