Louis - it sounds like you have a good awareness of what needs to change, and that your program needs tweaking. Nothing wrong with that - many of us have been there. Put forth the effort and just watch your life change! Yep it's true!
And don't feel bad guys if you fall behind in the thread I used to get stressed if I lost touch with what was happening in everybody's lives - so I stay connected as best I can, but don't worry too much if I lose some of the finer details.
It really has helped my program though, to share honestly here with a select few about what is going on in my life. I love connecting with our LIS gang.
