My advice go to detox or a family doctor. Trust me, you will have a better chance of getting well if you do so. They will give you medicine for the withdraws and will make life much easier. Don't feel ashamed to tell someone or ask for help. I was ashamed until I broke down one day, had a complete meltdown and addmitted myself to detox. Get somewhere, call someone or if you even go to the ER and tell them what is going on they will prolly keep you because Alcohol withdraws can kill people. They and opiate withdraws are the worse. I don't want to scare you but you don't have to do this alone! Keep coming back here, there are wonderful people who will help you through this. Please atleast call the ER and ask them what you should do!
