Thursday used to be one of my rest days but recently it's been my easy gym day. I go to the gym, don't worry about times, numbers, muscles etc. I just build up a sweat and do what I feel like.
I had an easy hour on an aerobike. Then used various weights for my chest and shoulders. I did one chin up and no push ups as I couldn't stomach them today. It was a real relaxing, no pressure workout.
