My new plan is to keep reading SR and look into AA.
Welcome to SR, for me I have found sobriety to be an ACTION deal!!!
In the past when I would stop drinking all I did was not drink! INACTION, I always wound up drinking again.
When I started taking ACTIONs like going to AA meetings, getting a sponsor, following suggestions, & taking the steps with my sponsor these ACTIONs resulted in me staying sober. Today I continue to take ACTIONs every day, I apply all of the steps to all areas of my life the best I can, I come to SR and I stay happily sober & sane.
Instead of looking into AA why not do some meetings? Start off with some beginners meetings and take it from there.
