Two weeks without a drop.
In the last year, I have honestly not pushed past three days....result from abstaining?
Much clarity. Maddening clarity. Not even sure if I have a goal this time, just that I am entirely all about not drinking.
Fecking sucks on a Saturday...but at least I know I am not:
1. Spending Money
2. Waking up sick-on-a-Sunday
3. Going to have a "social smoke"
4. Be around folks I do not want to be around
5. Get irritated with strangers being in my way.
6. Have to wait for a bathroom with mouth-breathers.
7. Be any where near felons
8. Have a surprise in my checking account on Tuesday
9. Ingest 4000 calories (well....)
10. Chew my teeth and have shaky hands on Monday, making a promises to not drink while I waver over the urinal and wonder how long the two day hangover will last.
