Well I was gonna wait till I could say "30 days" but I'm too damn happy to wait two more days I guess lol. I was on a fishing trip the past 3 days with a friend and just got back tonight, and today (sept 19th) is exactly 28 days Sober for me!!!!
I've had as long as 5+ yrs "not drinking" in the past. But 28 days ago I think I finally came to realize (with the help of you guys here on SR) the difference between not drinking...and "sober" . And for the first time in 10 yrs...I can finally say...I'm 28 days SOBER!!! and loving every minute of it
I'm So happy to be where I'm at now. Thanks to everyone here at SR. I can't tell everyone here that posts, just how much I appreciate the help whether you know it or not, just by the rest of you posting here has helped me to stay sober the past month! Thanks!
