Just checking in.
This period of withdrawals has really sent me reeling, but I feel a little better each day. I certainly advise that no one mix alcohol and xanax, especially in large doses, because it literally made me loopier than ever.
I'm glad all of you are here and that most have a kind, forgiving spirit, because I feel foolish when I consider the content of my last threads and think to myself, "What the hell was I thinking?"
Today is day fourteen and although I'm not 100% better, I'll take the little bit of improvement I feel and hold on to that.
