10K run back at my old pace. 75 chin ups then push ups and weights. I've been spending two and a half hours in the gym the past week or so. But from next week I have to cut back to one hour due to work on most Mondays and Tuesdays.

For the cyclists, I also used to cycle (road) but haven't done so in many years. Last Saturday I bought a book called Bad Blood by Jeremy Whittle about cycling. Bad Blood having the double meaning of bad because of EPO in the blood and bad bacause of the relationship between the cyclists.


I, too, am sleeping really well.
