Actually, I am having more problems coming back from a month "out there" than I did from several years of daily drinking. Now if that isn't bad news, I don't know what is! Doesn't make sense, and, as Dee says, it's not a linear path. So hang in there. You'll figure it out is you just keep on not drinking. And - of course - if you feel like you need medical attention on the planet you are currently residing on, make the calls. They'll find you!!
