I have never been thur a detox, Thank God, but sure saw a few while working in a detox center. Yes, each and everyone is different. When U wake, see how U feel and go from there. U had 11 days before, then a tiny relapse, now day 5 after; my opinion, I think the worst is over.
Stay strong, that body just wants what it has been getting for all those years, that we fed it.
