It makes you choose a bottle over the children you brought into the world, who depend on you and love you. It will make you let your children be in an unsafe environemnt. Like when you have been drinking but tell everyone you haven't and then drive with your kids in the car. Or you fall asleep when you are supposed to be watching your babies.
It makes you choose a bottle over your mate, the one you once loved more then anything else. Now your mate is looked at with scorn as you turn your back to return to the one you love now over all else in your life.
