Jay, I read the post from which I quoted and I gotta tell ya man, take it easy. This is withdrawal, post acute or not. So yeah, relax as best you can and read. But don't read
anything into the conclusions you may or may not come to. It's very early yet in your sobriety. Remember, we talked about withdrawal being different for everyone.
