I wanted to post a reply to you, Pixy... and I wasn't gonna run today... but I said to myself if I'm gonna post a reply to you... I may as well go run 5 miles and post that as well, lol. 
Thanks! I can easily remember my first 1 mile run a few years ago... I nearly threw up... I couldn't breathe... it was all I could do to finish it... I was sore for days afterwards.
Sunday 5 mile run... nice breeze blowing.
