Monday afternoon... tough run... at the 3.5 mile mark it was all I could do to keep putting one foot in front of the other... one foot at a time... I wanted to stop sooooo bad... I kept saying that if I can do this then not doing drugs & alcohol is a piece of cake... keep going... whatever it takes... I got the entire 5 miles completed... it might have been the most satisfying run ever...
