ok-- here is my deal,, short version....
I WAS sober... over 10 years.,...
fitness was my thing... even went Ironman (12 hr ironman at that) = invincible.
I drank again.. I am now new sober, and fitness is a huge part of my life.
it is great to find this section of the board.
