Thi sreading is good today. It is nice to just have someone listen and not unload their beliefs on you. Sometimes when people need to getb things off their chest. They are just looking to let it out. Get rid of it. ANd when some people start throwing their opinions on you. It just defeats the purpose sometimes. Even tho the intentions are good ones. Sometimes just being a good listener and a simple I hear you or I understand is all it takes.
