I have changed my mind. Some of thses reading in this book just dont make any freakin sense to me. Seriously. If I am not feelin it and some of them just go way into left field and have nothing to do with mindfulness. At least to me they dont. So I am only goin gto post ones that speak to me and I feel would be useful. Todays is just a bunch of confusing jibber jabber about mother love. And how mothers get a bad rap because of fear and hatred toward women. I dont see how that is. That makes no sense to me. So this is now a "If it makes sense and pertains to anything" thread..LOL
