Reb- I'm sorry you're having a difficult time. I'm glad that you've recognized that you can't do it alone and are being proactive. The best thing you can do right now is reach out for help...you'll be surprised at the amount of support you will get! You can do this...we've ALL been there. It may seem hopeless but IT'S NOT.
