Been recovering but new here.
This site was very helpful as I lurked during the past few months. Not really ready to open up on myself but I got hooked on prescription drugs even added alcohol to the mix. Begged my doctor who wrote them to get me off and the dr got angry and wanted to added zoloff. I had to come off them myself and suffered badly for a month in wd.
Been clear of antianxiety drugs for nearly two months and no mood altering pain pills for a month. I'm still taking OTC pain pills and allergy pills. Made a point to avoid any mood altering drugs and no alcohol for about two months.
For now I just want to comment on others who post I can relate to.
