So I think it really varies person to person. It's great when you can say recovery led you to get healthier and take off some extra pounds. But it shouldn't be the selling point. I would rather be a fat f--- sober than a skinny a-- drunk.
My choice was hard liquor mixed with a diet-drink chaser...No drugs. I blame my loss on anxiety and the depression(I guess)
