I loved Acid when I was in 7th and 8th grade.... Like you, when I got older, I got away from the hallucinogens, preferring alcohol, or if available, speed.... Because....
Like you, I've always been ADD like... I self treated with stimulants for years, until I got into abusive patterns with the pills... ritalin, benzos... All the time the alcohol just got more and more and more.
I am 51... I can live my life with being ADD-like without stimulants... Without alcohol...
But I believe that my ADD tendencies have alot to do with my addictive personality... always looking for a direction, always needing something to "do".
So... We have some common experience in that regard.
