I remember the first few days of withdrawal< I couldn't seem to eat enough. It was like I was starving, nothing satisfied my hunger, then I'd feel sleepy from all that food. It's taken a while now for my system to reset a little. I too, like Blackbird, find lifting weights helpful, along with walking a lot more. Both seem to burn off anxiety and help build muscle to replace the lethargic feeling I had and contribute to better appearance and balance. I too watch my carbs, but induldge in a sweet snack regularly each night. Seems to help curb the cravings.
