Another thing I do when I get frustrated is post on Whiner's Anonymous! Just venting what's bothering me helps to 'let it go'.
I actually started to see a therapist a few months ago, but honestly he started creeping me out...he started using very inappropriate language...and he seemed to try to belittle me but I would catch him doing it and tell him I didn't like it... it seemed very unprofessional...he made some good points at times, but he also seemed to go way off track...I was really turned off by the dirty language he used at times...My cousin actually recommended him, but that's not saying too much, because my cousin isn't all there lol...I don't know where to find a good one, and I hate just picking one out randomly.
