there's been 2 cases here in CO as of today. It's honestly not much different than many of the other strains of flu.. same severity, mortality, similar symptoms.. people die all the time from influenza complications, other strains have a much higher mortality rate. There's treatment, just like any flu. Seems what's more 'worrisome' is that it's so widespread, and it hadn't been for many years.
Wash your hands, stay inside, just like any other flu season.
