I agree, first off heavy drinking saps calcium and magnesium from your system, both of which are needed for bone health.

Other joint/bone ailments such as neuropathy, arthritis and gout are severely affected by long term alcohol abuse.

This is a very important question. People die from alcohol withdrawal, and you mentioned chest pains in a previous post.

You should see a DR immediately IMO.
