Tony good to see you closing in on a months and going to your first AA meeting. It's great to have fellowship of people that know and understand us because they have been through the same stuff we have.
Speaking of which Angel my body is all over the place with the heart palps, anxiey, not enough/too much sleep, mood swings etc.....
23 days of sobriety today and how I'm doing seems to change with the wind with an overall forward moving progress. No complaints.
