I've been interested in attending a SMART meeting for some time. I too would have to drive for about 70 or 80 min to get there. Maybe more time knowing how notoriously clogged the freeway's are around the Los Angles area. Couple that with driving
anxiety
and its not likely to happen. Still the SMART program literature has helped me immeasurably. Let
