Welcome! Definitely check out the Adult Children of Alcoholics forum. Feel free to post your story and introduce yourself. Though us ACOAs seem like a quiet bunch, there's a lot going beneath the surface. We gladly welcome and appreciate any insights!

Personally I would love to hear your story. I feel like the majority of my life has been shaped by my AF, and I too have reached a point where I just cannot deal with him anymore for fear of my sanity. So few people understand what it's like.
