ok..hope you said it is ok (grin)

Maybe make the goal to "be in bed" by certain time, not "fall asleep"...cause you can control one, but not the other so you can succede

Also, on excersise..sometimes it gets the adrieniline going and makes sleep harder..so play with that one al little
