I am right there with you. Been goin like this for about a month now.
I am so dead tired right now. But as soon as I hit that bed. Wide awake. CAnt get comfortable. Mind goes a thousand miles an hour.
But sitting here I will start to nod off. I was so tired last night. I didnt get to sleep until like 4 or 5am. I remeber getting up to use the restroom about 6 am and I fell asleep in there for a few minutes. LOL Thats how tired I was.
Try some meditation sounds. I got alot of great ideas last week. Go on youtube and search for it.
