7 days is huge, many people who are not alcoholics have no idea what an accomplshment this is.
When I was in early sobriety I asked a man who had just celebrated 33 years of sobriety how in the world he had done it...... He simply said "One day at a time." He did expound upon that a little bit, he said that daily he worked the best program he could on a daily basis.
