I was slightly hesitant about starting this thread, as I thought it may seem cocky, but I'm glad I did. I really am very proud of myself for these seven days, I'm on a mission to turn that into seven years, and then seventy!
The only thing I'm afraid of now is a re-lapse...
But I just keep saying "I don't want to drink today"... and it helps.
