I am glad to see you here! One whole week is a super start and worth blowing your own horn about! You have to be comfortable with being proud of yourself to others. For one thing, you are succeding at doing something that can be very hard but worthwhile. For another, when people with a like-mission see you proud of yourself, it will help give them the same thing to start and continue to strive for.
There is a lot of good stuff here to read and a lot of caring people who desire to help others defeat their addictions. I have always heard, but am experiencing now that helping others helps me in my recovery.
