At my first job, when I was 16, one of the first things they told us in training is
Don't Apologize If It Is Not Your Fault. So, don't you start apologizing for feeling how you do. Its taken me a long time not to apologize for legitimate feelings because my parents basically were of the opinion I didn't have legit feelings (or at least they acted that way). But please please please never feel guilty for feeling how you do!!!
