You ain't got no money, you ain't got much of a chance. I suggest Keeping the PD and pleading not guilty untill the judge gets mad, ('cause your spending tax payers money) Then the DA will make you an offer. At this point you should know pretty much were you stand and if you have a chance.
I've only had 7 DWI's and this is as always, my own opinion.
