Alcohol, as much as it may seem to help, is a depressant.
What help do you have available to you nearby? Hospital? Doctor? AA?
Whatever you do, do not return to tramadol. It's a trap from which there is only the escape of seizure and serious illness or withdrawal. No middle ground.
If you are drinking heavily, you will need to safely detox. Again, no middle ground.
