I'm short of words right now (trying to sleep between night shifts not working so well) but I wanted to let you know that I'm thinking of you and that you're _normal_ in this struggle
I'm glad you decided to share this with us. I strongly suggest just getting out and walking til you feel the burn. Less intimidating than the gym! I get overwhelmed trying to decide details about gym trips, but hell, I can open the door and walk out of it without too much agonizing (usually, lol).
