If I were you, I'd taper down over the course of a few days, take off a thurs/fri/weekend, and you should be through the w/d's to a large extent by Monday. If you're still draggin, hey, it just backs up the story that you were *really* sick the previous week
One other thing ... the amount you're talking about ... although I'm generally a big sub proponent, I really don't think your situation warrants it. Seriously. Subs have withdrawals as well, you aren't going to be getting around that piece by going onto them. I would 'cut your losses' if I were you...
