Yuck...one of the big reasons I want to quit drinking. Beer adds pounds fast. Currently I'm 5'3" and weigh about 155lbs. What really sucks is that I don't eat sweets at all and don't eat a lot of food either...it's all those empty beer calories.
I am working out 3 times a week and will do that and walk once the Spring comes (I don't do cold). Maybe someday I can get back to 120...when I got married I only weighed 98lbs...a bit thin, but better than this. I was at least healthy.
