I'll go ahead and share, but I wanted to add something too.
I have gained about 5 lb since I quit drinking, I thought I'd lose a ton of weight due to the calories, but when I was actively drinking, I wasn't really eating. now I'm hungry all the time.. and that sugar addiction I have now isn't helping lol..
