After I read "Under The Influence" by Milam & Ketcham

I realized that my mind and body were no longer
processing alcohol crrectly.
I had to quit drinking to get back in a healthy balance.
I re-connected to God and AA....and have not returned to drinking.
Just quitting was not enough for me...I wanted recovery
in every possible aspect. And I have found my solution.
