Sorry if this seems nosey of me.. but do you not work? Or.. have other responsibilities? I know personally how easy it is to fall into the sleeping all day thing, and it's hard to break. Talk to your doc, try to get out and do things to occupy your time (and your mind), every day is so valuable..
