I'm just taking a moment to say YAY!!!
I'm at 31 days today and I got to get my 30 day chip yesterday. I feel wonderful and really grateful.
Even though it has been really hard sometimes to not drink and even though I look at people drinking and get mad, I keep saying that I can make it to tomorrow and I can!! I am always so happy and proud when I wake up from resisting alcohol the night before. What a wonderful feeling in comparison to waking up in shame and terror.
Now I will focus on getting to 60 days, one day at a time
