I started run/jogging right after the new year and I feel amazing...its really cold outside here today and I was thinking about skipping it but reading your original post motivated me to get all bundled up and go for it! I know how great it makes me feel and I am so proud of myself for my almost six months recovery! GOOD JOB TO ALL OF US!!!!
