My whine for the day: People who have potentially aggressive dogs need to step up to the plate and be responsible. If your dog barks like a maniacal killer at the post man, go out and watch him to be sure he can't jump the fence, go under the fence, or knock the stupid thing down. Ask you postal worker, meter reader or neighbors if they have any fears or concerns about your dog getting out, and if they do FIX YOU DAMN FENCE!!!!!
