Hi Chris, I just want to say that you don't have to beat yourself up about the last fifteen months. Ok, you got something wrong but then donsn't everyone sometimes!
More importantly is the last fifteen days when you most definately got something right! That's infinately harder to do
As for your symptoms I can only empathise as that is what drew me to read your post: I too am nearly two weeks out and struggling to understand why I don't feel better.
